We will need help to accommodate all interested farms and customers. The Food Hub will operate as long as it is needed- weeks, months, so be it!
We can use help in the following ways:
Be the single person on site to receive deliveries (curbside) and transfer to appropriate storage. We will ask you to use your phone to be available to your scheduled farmers and us during this time.
12- 5 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
9 AM – Noon on Thursdays
CUSTOMER PICK UP: THURSDAYS (2 – 8 PM)
Be a single person on site to collate orders and leave curbside for customers to receive.
We are still determining how to share this, but the volume of administrative needs is likely to grow and grow! If you want to volunteer, have excel and Google docs familiarity, this may be for you!
Onsite volunteers will work solo, transferring goods from curbside to storage and vice versa.
Our Health and Safety Protocols will be strictly followed by all onsite.
Admin volunteers will work remotely with Melissa. This may be a good fit if you are caring for others and have time but need to quarantine.
